Job Description:
We are hiring experienced professionals for the role of Eligibility and Benefits Verification & Authorization in our RCM team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare system and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in medical billing processes, particularly in insurance verification and prior authorization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Verify patients’ insurance eligibility and benefits through payer calls
• Perform prior authorizations as per payer requirements
• Review and interpret insurance responses to ensure coverage accuracy
• Document detailed verification notes in the system for each patient
• Maintain TAT and accuracy benchmarks as per internal SLA
• Collaborate with billing and coding teams for claims processing
• Create documentation of EVBV calling process

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Eligibility and Benefits Verification in an RCM setup
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in working with insurance portals (Availity, Navinet, etc.) and EMR/EHR systems
• Familiarity with commercial and federal insurance policies
• Ability to work independently and in night shifts
